Yes. Robbie personally manages each project from the initial conversation through to construction and completion. You’re dealing directly with the builder responsible for the job, not being passed between sales staff and supervisors.

What size projects do you take on?

We take on a wide range of residential work, from bathrooms, decks and structural alterations through to larger renovations, extensions and custom new homes.

Can you help with plans and permits?

Yes. We can manage the whole process for you, including plans, engineers, building surveyors, planning permits and building permits where required. The aim is to take the stress out of the process so you don’t have to coordinate multiple people yourself.

Can you help make my home more energy efficient?

Yes. We have a strong interest in healthy and energy-efficient construction, including insulation, airtightness, high-performance glazing and modern building-envelope systems.

Can I talk to you before I have plans drawn?

Definitely. In many cases it’s better to have an early conversation before spending too much on plans. We can discuss the project, potential construction issues and the general direction before you commit to detailed design.
